Q. How much is a Building
& Pest inspection for my house?
Our fee based
on a Townhouse or Unit is $465.00 and a standard 3-4 bedroom home is $495.00.
This price includes GST.
Q. What does the fee cover?
* Full
internal & external property inspection example: roof cavity,
roof externally and sub-floor areas, fences and gardens.
* A
written report on each inspection with digital photographs.
* Two
(2) inspectors at the property at the same time, who are fully
licensed, qualified and insured.
Q. Are the inspectors qualified, licensed and
insured?
Yes, Yes and Yes. All inspectors are trained,
qualified, licensed and insured. All reports are conducted in
accordance with the industry regulations, and all inspectors carry
their relevant licenses to be able to conduct their inspections. The
company also carries professional indemnity insurance.
Q. Are we able to attend
inspections?
You are welcome to be there onsite on the
day of inspection.
Q. What equipment do you use for the Pest
Inspection?
We have the most advanced tools in the
inspection industry. These include thermal imaging cameras and
moisture meters. Thermal imaging cameras and moisture meters are
used on every pest inspection. A borescope may also be used onsite.

Q. How much notice do I need to
give?
Once you have made a booking we are generally able to have
inspections completed within 48 hours.
