Our Story
Compass Building & Pest Inspections was established in 2006 by two building and pest inspectors with a vision for providing old-fashioned customer service and top-quality work.
Directors Peter Rachow and Michael Daley lead Compass North and Compass South, respectively. As a small family business, our family members also help to drive things behind the scenes.
Over the years, Compass has steadily grown to employ 10+ fully qualified, licensed, and insured building inspectors across two office locations, Compass North (North Lakes) and Compass South (Mansfield). We provide building and pest inspection services throughout the entire Brisbane region, including the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, and Ipswich. Last year, we completed more than 3600 building and pest inspections.
