Further investigation reports are often exploratory, as they involve obtaining more information about areas that can’t usually be accessed, such as inside wall cavities and hard-to-reach roof voids. This is an invasive inspection and may require the removal of plasterboard sheeting, roof sheeting, roof tiles, floorboards, or other sections of the building.
