Further investigation reports are completed if your initial building and pest inspection reveals a specific problem that can’t be visually investigated. At your request, we can initiate a stage two inspection and provide you with a further investigation report that will outline the real issue.

Further investigation reports are often exploratory, as they involve obtaining more information about areas that can’t usually be accessed, such as inside wall cavities and hard-to-reach roof voids. This is an invasive inspection and may require the removal of plasterboard sheeting, roof sheeting, roof tiles, floorboards, or other sections of the building.
